In a shocking incident, a man was seen attacking another man with a butt of a pistol in broad daylight in the middle of the road in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Web Mall Police Station in Vibhutikhand locality. The video of the incident has surfaced on social media. The video shows the man in a white shirt holding another man by the collar and thrashing him with the pistol butt. The accused was identified as Vinod Mishra, a national-level shooter.
