Video: Patient Taken to Hospital on Cart Due to Lack of Ambulance in Kushinagar

The reports of the scarcity of ambulance services in Uttar Pradesh have been on the rise in recent times. A video has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar where a man can be seen transporting a patient on a cart due to the lack of ambulance services in the district. The viral video shows a man parking the cart with the ailing person in it, in front of the hospital gate as he collects the documents to show into the ward.
