A video has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar where a man can be seen transporting a patient on a cart due to the lack of ambulance services in the district. The viral video shows a man parking the cart with the ailing person in it, in front of the hospital gate as he collects the documents to show into the ward.
