Known YouTuber Manish Kashyap joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi on Thursday, April 25, 2024. The latter joined the saffron party in the presence of BJP leaders Manoj Tiwari and Anil Baluni. Earlier, Kashyap had expressed his intentions of contesting the Lok Sabha Elections from the West Champaran constituency in Bihar. After joining the saffron party, Kashyap told news agency ANI, “We have to strengthen Bihar. Lalu (Lalu Yadav's) family looted and destroyed Bihar. So, I joined the BJP. Together with BJP, I will strengthen Bihar." For the unversed, the latter made headlines after he was charged for sharing alleged fake news regarding the migrant workers in Tamil Nadu.
