The BJP has won the Koridang bypoll in Nagaland, with candidate Daochier I Imchen securing the seat in Mokokchung district. According to the ECI, Imchen polled 7,317 votes, defeating his closest rival, Independent candidate Major Toshikaba (Retd), who received 4,194 votes. The results were officially declared on May 4.

The Election Commission said that BJP's Daochier I Imchen won the bypoll to the Koridang assembly seat in Nagaland. According to the ECI website, results.eci.gov.in, BJP leader Daochier I Imchen won the Koridang bypoll in Mokokchung district of Nagaland by polling 7,317 votes, while Independent candidate Major Toshikaba (Retd) finished as his closest rival with 4,194 votes.
