Vijayadashami, or the 10th day, marks the end of the nine-day Navratri festival. According to the Hindu calendar, Dussehra is observed as the victory of Lord Ram over the evil king Ravana. People across the country burn huge effigies of demon king Ravana to signify the victory of good over evil on the day of Dussehra. To mark the occasion, effigies of Ravan, Meghanad and Kumbhkaran, along with those opposing Sanatan Dharma, were installed at Delhi's Red Fort ground. A video of the same was shared by ANI.
