Amid this, CNN published an article that claimed that India cleared the slums in the national capital ahead of the G20 summit. However, the Press Information Bureau (PIB), in its fact check, said that the claim is rather misleading. PIB said that the removal of the encroachments is in compliance with the orders passed by the Supreme Court.
