A video captured by a car driver in the USA's Vermont area shows a hot air balloon's emergency landing on the highway. The hot air balloon stalled midway and had to make an emergency landing on the Interstate 91 median in Hartford. The incident took place on Wednesday night and four passengers were onboard on the hot air balloon.
