The Shardiya Navratri festival is dedicated to Goddess Durga and her nine avatars and today marks the first day of the festival. On the day of Shardiya Navratri 2023, devotees thronged the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati on Sunday to offer prayers. The Kamakhya Temple is situated at Nilachal Hills in Assam's Guwahati.
