Mahmudullah Riyad received a special memento from the Bangladesh national cricket team ahead of the IND vs BAN 3rd T20I 2024, his last match in T20I cricket. The right-hander has been one of the longest-serving members of the Bangladesh cricket team in the shortest format, featuring in 141 matches. The 38-year-old had earlier announced before the second T20I that he is bringing an end to his career in the shortest format. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) shared pictures of him being honoured with a memento ahead of his farewell appearance in the shortest format.
