Kolkata Knight Riders defeated SunRisers Hyderabad in IPL 2024 qualifier 1. Chasing the target of 160 runs Vyankatesh Iyer scored a half-century, while Shreyas Iyer assured a smooth win for the side. The final will be played on 26th May.
The top-two teams of the IPL 2024 โ Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) played the Qualifier 1 match in Narendra Modi Stadium. Batting first SRH set a moderate 160-run target with the help of Rahul Tripathiโs half-century. Mitchell Starc took three wickets for KKR. In reply, Vyankatesh Iyer scored a half-century, while Shreyas Iyer also raced to 50 and assured a smooth win for the side. KKR dropped two wickets as they reached their fourth final in the IPL.
