Shoaib Malik said he is no longer interested in playing for the Pakistan cricket team. The all-rounder last represented the Green Shirts way back in 2021, was speaking at an interview with Cricket Pakistan when he said he does not wish to play for Pakistan again. "Meri koi dilchaspi nahi hai ki main Pakistan team se khelu." (I don't have any interest in playing for Pakistan team again), he said while speaking in the interview. Malik further added that he is enjoying playing T20 cricket for several franchises across the world and would retire from the sport altogether, when he wishes to hang up his boots.
