Deepika Kumari continued her march for a podium finish by moving into the round of 16 of the Women's Individual Archery event at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Wednesday, July 31. The experienced archer, competing in her fourth Olympic Games, defeated Netherlands' Quinty Roeffen 6-2 to move to the pre-quarterfinals. Kumari had earlier defeated Estonia's Reena Parnat in a shoot-off. She is slated to face Germany's Michelle Kroppen in her next match.
