Chelsea have now gained a comfortable lead. They will now go to the second leg with some less pressure when they face Servette in an away game.
The Premier League side Chelsea looked good and they are now ahead. The Blues have secured a two-goal cushion for themselves in the UEFA Europa Conference League 2024–25 playoff first leg against the Swiss football club Servette. Christopher Nkunku converted a spot kick in the second half to break the deadlock which got Chelsea ahead. Noni Madueke then scored in the 76th minute to give Chelsea a 2-0 lead. Chelsea will now have to defend in the second leg to get to the next stage of the European club tournament.
