After the GOAT tour, Messi visited Vantara along with Luis Suarez and Rodrigo de Paul. Vantara is a large-scale animal rescue, care, and rehabilitation initiative by Reliance Foundation in Jamnagar, India, led by Anant Ambani.
Star Argentina footballer and World Cup winner Lionel Messi started his India tour on December 13. He visited four Indian cities, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi as part of his GOAT Tour. Once he was finished with it, he visited Vantara along with Luis Suarez and Rodrigo de Paul. Vantara is a large-scale animal rescue, care, and rehabilitation initiative by Reliance Foundation in Jamnagar, India, led by Anant Ambani. Messi spent time with the animals there and also embraced the spiritualism of India. He was spotted chanting 'Om Namah Shiva' alongside Suarez and de Paul and he also offered milk to the Shivling. Fans loved him embracing the Indian culture and made the video viral on social media.
