The gymnastics team of the USA has submitted a letter and new video evidence to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The video footage was previously not available to the USA Gymnastics team and that is why did not have the opportunity to submit it. As per CSA, "The inquiry submitted by Jordan Chiles was beyond the one-minute deadline and hence it was denied." But the recent video evidence from the USA Gymnastic Team shows head coach Cecile Landi first stated her request to file an inquiry at the inquiry table 47 seconds after the score was posted, followed by a second statement 55 seconds after the score was originally posted.
