In a major boost to India's space mission, the Union Cabinet approved the Chandrayaan-4 Mission after its third phase successfully landed a lander and rover near the south part of the Moon. Along with this, the cabinet also cleared the Venus Orbiter Mission (VOM), the follow-on to the Gaganyaan mission. With the Venus mission, India aims to gain a better understanding of the Venusian atmosphere and geology and generate a large amount of scientific data probing into its thick atmosphere. Chandrayaan-4 Moon Mission Gets Cabinet Nod
#Cabinet has approved the mission to moon, named Chandrayaan-4 to develop and demonstrate the technologies to come back to Earth after successfully landing on the Moon and also collect moon samples and analyse them on Earth.
