The picture quickly went viral across social media platforms. Pichai, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, gave Gill a special mention in his post. He wrote, “My favorite part of traveling anywhere is spending time with Googlers around the world. Even more true when @shubmangill is there too! Google India thank you for having me!” Gill, who succeeded Rohit Sharma as India’s Test and ODI captain last year, is currently spending time with his family.
