The airline announced the decision on X on Monday, August 5, emphasising that it is closely monitoring the situation and prioritising the safety of passengers and crew. The airline, in a tweet, wrote, "We are continuously monitoring the situation and are extending support to our passengers with confirmed bookings for travel to and from Dhaka with a one-time waiver on rescheduling and cancellation charges."
