A fire has erupted at the SOCAR Oil and Gas Research Institute site in Baku, Azerbaijan. Several videos showing a thick black cloud of smoke coming out of the SOCAR facility have surfaced. As a result, traffic restrictions have been implemented on A Rzayev Street and the Zigh Highway towards the airport, local media reported.
