PV Sindhu who recently dropped in her BWF ranking to number six was seen letting her hair down. The ace shuttler even celebrated the popular festival in Hyderabad along with the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy. The celebrations happened at Amberpet in Hyderabad last night. Bathukamma is a festival celebrated during Navratri and is followed by a few people from Telangana. It is celebrated as the festival of feminine felicitation. On this occasion, women dress up in the traditional sari combining it with jewels and other accessories.
PV Sindhu was no less as she brought up the festivities in a wearing traditional attire with a few people around her. The shuttler was seen carrying a pot on her head as she posed for the cameras. PV Sindhu posed for the cameras. A few pictures of the ace shuttler went viral on social media. Also, a video was shared on social media.

Talking about Sindhu’s rankings, they dropped severely after she made an early exit from China Open and Korea Open. Parupalli Kashyap, her contemporary had a good run of luck and was put on spot number 25. Saina Nehwal remained static at world no 8 spot despite her opening-round loss at Korea, where she had to battle a stomach ailment. Among other Indians, Kidambi Srikanth, B Sai Praneeth and Sameer Verma improved a place each to occupy the world no 9, 12 and 17th spots respectively.
