Stokes is one of the best all-rounders to ever play for England. He had a big role in England's journey in ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. He was the player of the match in the final match of World Cup 2019 between England and New Zealand, which England won over boundary count. Stokes also played a brilliant knock of 135 runs in Ashes 2019 3rd Test, bagging a historic victory for hosts England. Ben Stokes Slams The Sun For Publishing An Article About His Family, Labels the Report 'Lowest Form of Journalism’.

Recently, Stokes shared an interesting post on Twitter during India vs South Africa 1st Test in Visakhapatnam. After Rohit Sharma abused Cheteshwar Pujara for not taking a single on Day 4 of the match, Stokes took a dig at Virat Kohli. Stokes tweeted that Rohit Sharma took his name while playing in the match this time, and not Kohli. Often. Kohli is seen saying a cuss word during matches which resembles ‘Ben Stokes’ when someone lip-reads it. Sharma used the same word for Pujara in the match.
