England and New Zealand are likely to finish on third and fourth spots respectively. England faces New Zealand in their last match and the victory for hosts will take them to 12 points, which means Kiwis will be left with 11 points. Pakistan are also likely to finish on 11th spot but the Blackcaps are likely to go through based on their better net run-rate. Pakistan and Bangladesh will possibly finish on fifth and sixth spot respectively.
