The England cricket team has won the CWC 2019 after they defeated New Zealand on Sunday at the Lord’s Stadium. Eoin Morgan’s men won the finals after a Super-Over on boundary count. Needless to say, that England fans are quite elated with the win as this is the first time that the team has won the ICC Cricket World Cup. A fan, James Bridgland named her newborn after the World Cup-winning captain. Morgan who obviously saw the same thanked the fan for the gesture. Bridgland took to social media and tagged Morgan and told Morgan that he had named her newborn after the England captain. Also with the tweet, she also posted the picture of the baby. Morgan obviously saw that and thanked the fan for the kind gesture. @Eoin16 please meet Henry Eoin Morgan-Bridgland, born today at 11 am. Just to ensure Sunday's events are remembered even more often," James, father of a newborn tweeted. In a reply to James, Morgan took to Twitter and congratulated him. "That's very cool. Congratulations," Morgan tweeted.

Morgan is the only captain to have won the ODI World Cup in the history of England. Talking about the match, New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first. The Kiwis posted a total of 241 runs on the board. In the end, the match got tied and went to the Super-Over which was further tied and he hosts won the game on the number of boundaries scored by them.
