India comes into the series with the fifth-ranked side in T20Is while West Indies, the reigning World T20 champions, are ranked ninth. If India manages to win all three T20Is, they will jump to the fourth spot. If West Indies win by 3-0 they will move to eighth place and India will drop to the sixth spot.
