The 12th Indian Premier League Might Be Scheduled to Take Place in UAE or South Africa, Says Report

It is pertinent to mention that the IPL 2019 could be held in South Africa or in UAE due to the general elections in the country. “We wanted the auction to be conducted after the venue is known so that we could have chosen our players accordingly but the BCCI has its own timelines to follow,” a franchise official was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror.

Meanwhile, as per the report, Australian and England cricketers will not be available for IPL 2019 beyond May 01 due to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, which starts on May 31 in England. The IPL 2019 schedule is yet to be confirmed but most likely the tournament will start from March 29 and end somewhere in the third week of the May. Shikhar Dhawan Added to Delhi Daredevils Squad for IPL 2019: SunRisers Hyderabad Release Dashing Batsman Ahead of 2019 Indian Premier League!
