On Monday, Shastri was trolled for taking a nap during India vs South Africa 3rd Test Day 3. Shastri was seen sleeping in the pavilion while sitting beside fellow cricketers Shubman Gill and Wriddhiman Saha. Meanwhile, India defeated South Africa 3-0 in the three-match Test series. Under Virat Kohli’s leadership, India won the first Test by 203 runs, second Test by an innings and 137 runs and the third Test by an innings and 202 runs.
