Tottenham Hotspur have reached a full agreement with Manchester City to sign Egyptian international forward Omar Marmoush, with the deal structured as an initial season-long loan featuring a mandatory purchase obligation of £50 million. The total package could reach up to £60 million when including £10 million in performance-related add-ons. Structure of the Agreement
Negotiations between the two Premier League clubs advanced swiftly ahead of the transfer deadline. Under the agreed terms, Tottenham will take Marmoush on loan for the 2026–27 campaign before triggering an obligatory permanent transfer next summer.
The financial breakdown consists of:
- A guaranteed £50 million fixed payment.
- An additional £10 million in potential bonuses, of which £5 million is considered easily achievable.
