Pakistan are playing Sri Lanka in the 2nd and final Test of the series at the National Stadium in Karachi. At the end of first day's play, the Lankans were batting at 64/3 after bundling the host out for 191 runs in the first innings of the match. Angelo Mathews (8) and night-watchman Lasith Embuldeniya (3) are the two batsmen present in the crease and will look to add a significant score in Day 2 of the Test match. With the first match being ended in a draw, the winner of the ongoing clash will clinch the series too. Earlier in the day, Azhar Ali won the toss and elected to bat first. The decision didn't prove to be much fruitful as eight Pakistani batsmen were dismissed on single digits and the side could manage mere 191 runs. The ongoing game is poised perfectly and both the sides have equal chances of winning the encounter. Sri Lanka will look to put up an improved batting performance on the second day of the match. On the other hand, Mohammad Abbas and Co will aim to wrap up the visiting side's batting line-up as soon as possible in order to make a thumping comeback in the match.

The opening clash of the series was the first Test in Pakistan after 10 years but didn't much action as rain dominated the majority of the match which ended in a draw. However, the weather doesn't seem to play any sort of role in the ongoing clash and after the first day, a winner is certain to come out and both sides must leave no stones unturned to win the match.
