Steve Smith and David Warner might have not been relieved from the ban imposed on them, but this does not stop the duo from helping for the upcoming Test series against India which starts on December 6, 2018. Steve Smith and David Warner were seen in the nets of the Sydney Cricket Ground helping out the Aussie bowlers. Now, here’s a very funny incident that happened with Steve Smith was batting. However, he got up quickly and went to face the next ball. But the entire incident was shared by the official handle of Cricket Australia. “Whoops! Steve Smith didn’t have it all his own way against Australia’s Test quicks at the SCG, but he also peeled off some trademark shots,” read the tweet.

Smith and Warner will only return to international cricket in March next year. Recently, Smith was spotted having breakfast with Justin Langer and many assumed that the bans would be lifted but that was not the case. As of now, the two have been rested from the ongoing round of Sheffield Shield to help Australia for the Test matches against India. The visitors will be playing a practice match ahead of the upcoming Test series.

The hosts have already spelled out their team for the first two games. Mithcell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, Peter Siddle and Chris Tremain will be seen handling the bowling department. India is yet to name the playing XI side for the first Test in Adelaide.
