FIFA World Cup 2018 is entering into an exciting phase where every team looks to be a possible winner. However, a keen observation shows that all the four teams that will qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup semi-finals will be European countries. It is a rare feat when all the nations of a single continent have made their place in the semi-finals.

After the culmination of the first two quarter-finals, France and Belgium have booked a semi-final berth. France defeated Uruguay 2-0 in the first quarter-final, whereas Belgium defeated Brazil 2-0 in the second quarter-final. One among both the European nations will be facing their European counterpart in the Final of the World Cup 2018, in Russia.

The third quarter-final match will be played between Sweden and England at the Samara Arena, in Russia, on July 7, with the match start time being 7.30 pm (IST). The fourth quarter-final of the FIFA World Cup 2018 will see Russia lock horns with Croatia at the Fisht Olympic Stadium, in Russia, on Saturday, with the match scheduled to begin at 11.30 pm (IST).

In the first semi-final of the 2018 Football World Cup, it will be France vs Belgium, which is scheduled to take place on July 10. In the second semi-final of the tournament, the winners of quarter-final three and four will contest against each other to find a place in the FIFA World Cup 2018 Final. The second semi-final between the winners ( of QF3 and QF4) will be played on July 11. Mark the date: The game’s greatest extravaganza final is set to be played on July 15!

As France and Belgium are already in the semi-finals, it will be interesting to see who among Sweden, England, Russia, and Croatia qualify for the second semi-finals.
