The La Liga 2018 match between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid might have ended with a draw earlier last Saturday, but it was Lionel Messi who came under the scanner for his nutmeg on Filipe Luis. The Argentine had a total control over the lofty ball. Luis did come close to the Barcelona star but he flicked the ball past him in one go. While many were mesmerized with the Messi’s football skills, there were a few who debated furiously over whether he meant to nutmeg him on the turn or not.

Messi undoubtedly is known for his great footwork but, the latest nutmeg proved to be a shocker for Filipe Luis as he did see this coming. Talking about the match, it was Diego Costa who scored a goal on the 77th minute. Whereas a late goal from Atletico Madrid at the 90th minute by Ousmane Dembele level the scores. Barcelona is placed on number two of the La Liga 2018 points table with 25 points.
