The striker has scored some spectacular goals in his career but few would be as satisfying to watch as this one. In the match against Mallorca, the Barcelona forward scored a sumptuous back-heel goal that left keeper Manolo Reina helpless in the goal. This was Luis Suarez’s eight goal in La Liga this season and Barcelona’s fourth on the night. The Catalan giants defeated Mallorca 5-2 in the match with Captain Lionel Messi scoring yet another hat-trick. Barcelona were playing some fantastic football in the first half and this Luis Suarez goal was an example of that. Dutch midfielder Frenkie De Jong started the entire move as he exchanged a neat one-two with Sergi Roberto before slotting the ball in the feet of Suarez, who managed to beat his marker and the keeper with a sensational back-heel finish. The 32-year-old later admitted after the match that it was the best goal of his career. Suarez had many chances to add to his goal tally but was unable to take his chances during the game. Barcelona managed their fourth successive win in La Liga and as a result held on to the top spot in the league. The defending Spanish champions will travel to Milan to face Inter in their final Champions League group game and with top spot and qualification in the next round already secured, they will be looking to give the young players a chance to shine.
