Cristiano Ronaldo’s return at the Old Trafford for Manchester United vs Juventus for the UEFA Champions League match was the most awaited one. All eyes were set on CR7 who was coming back to the same ground, but donning the jersey of Juventus. The former Man United player received a very warm welcome at the Old Trafford by his fans. It was Paulo Dybala who scored a goal at the 17th  minute of the game and that proved to be way too strong for the home team. Looking at how things panned out for Juventus, Ronaldo was happy and was the last one to leave the pitch. As he left his fans started chanting ‘Vivo Ronaldo’. Watch the video below:

Ronaldo too was obviously happy with the way his fans welcomed him at the Old Trafford. He took to social media and thanked his fans for all the support. “An important victory in a very emotional match for me. It was great playing at Old Trafford again. Thanks to all the fans for the reception and support.”

The last time Juventus won the match at the Old Trafford was in 1996 and Alessandro Del Piero turned out to be the hero of the match. By scoring a goal at Old Trafford within 20 minutes, Paulo Dybala scripted a history as greats like Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi, the Juventus star got a scoresheet.
