Bayern Munich’s striker Robert Lewandowski is in need of new challenges and thus is planning to quit the club informed his agent Pini Zahavi. However, as per Lewandowski’s contract with Bayern Munich, he still has three years more to go. Pini spoke about Robert’s exit while speaking to one of the magazines.

"Robert feels he needs a change and a new challenge in his career. The managers of Bayern know about it,” said Pini. The agent also emphasized that his reasons for exit are “not money or a specific club, as nearly all top clubs would like to have the world’s best striker in their ranks.” However, Bayern’s Chairman, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, recently ruled out a transfer. “We know what we have in Robert Lewandowski. Nobody need worry, he will also play football here in Munich next year,” he said.

The President of Bayern Munich, Uli Hoeness said that his contract ran until 2021. We will show the football world that the club holds more power." The Polish striker after parting ways with his previous agent Cezary Kucharski, in February, when he turned to Zahavi and also has an agreement in place with him until the end of the summer transfer window. However, Zahavi said, "Everyone in charge at Bayern had a great playing career themselves. They should understand his situation."

The 29-year old has scored 106 goals in 126 Bundesliga games. For a long time now, there were rumours about Real Madrid having an eye on the striker but nothing concrete has happened as yet. However, in the recent weeks, we also heard names of Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG keen on taking Lewandowski on board.
