Google is making travel planning easier with new features in AI Mode in Search. Users will now be able to track flight prices, check how many points or miles they need for flights and hotels, and even book hotels without leaving the AI powered search. The new features bring more travel planning tools into one place, allowing users to compare options and make bookings through a conversation with Google AI.

"With AI Mode in Search, you can already get real-time data to compare flights and hotels, find the best recommendations across the web, and craft the perfect itinerary. Now, we're upgrading that experience with new ways to track flight prices, view points or miles rates, and book your dream hotel, right in AI Mode," Google said in a blog post.

1. Track Flight Prices

The Alphabet-owned company is bringing its popular Google Flights price-tracking feature directly to AI Mode. With this, users can tell AI Mode where and when they want to travel and ask it to track flight prices. Once price tracking is confirmed, Google will send an email when prices change for the selected destination and travel dates. Who Is Sandhya Devanathan? According to Google, AI Mode can show the latest flight prices from more than 300 airlines and travel websites. Flight price tracking is now available in more than 180 countries and territories.

2. Check Flight And Hotel Prices In Miles

AI Mode can now also show how much a flight or hotel stay costs in points or miles. For example, users can ask Google AI to find nonstop flights and see the number of miles needed through a particular rewards programme. The same feature works for hotels. Anthropic's Blacklisting by Pentagon Ruled Unlawful by US Judge.

The search giant says the feature is now available globally, with support initially covering Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, American Airlines, Choice Hotels International, Hilton and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. "Support for Accor, Flying Blue, Hyatt, LATAM Airlines and Lufthansa Group will be added soon," the company said.

3. Book Hotels Through AI Mode

Google is also adding hotel bookings to AI Mode. Users simply describe their destination, dates and hotel preferences to receive a list of options with reviews and important details.

After selecting a hotel, users can choose "Continue on Google" and complete the reservation through integrated partners. Google says payments can be completed securely through Google Pay.

As of now, hotel booking in AI Mode is currently rolling out in the US in English.
