According to the report from The Verge, the American tech giant could launch the new upcoming Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL smartphones on the said date in New York. The official invite from Google hints about the new flagship devices with a phrase - ‘I <3 NY’, which imperceptibly signifies Pixel 3 in the form of heart emoticon. As a reminder, the third generation Pixel smartphones have been spotted previously revealing essential details ahead of official launch. Also, the devices have been spotted on Taiwanese certification website – NCC, which was first located by 91Mobiles. On the specification front, the Pixel 3 smartphone is rumoured to feature a 5.5-inch display with 2160×1080 pixels of resolution and aspect ratio of 18:9. Powering the smartphone will be a Snapdragon 845 chipset, which is expected to be paired with the Adreno 630 GPU. The smartphone could be offered with a choice of 64GB or 128GB; however, there is no official word regarding the configurations of Pixel 3. The Pixel 3 is expected to pack a 2950mAh battery. The company is also expected to reveal a host of new products at Google’s annual hardware event, which is scheduled for October 9.
