Today is 18 September 2026, and official sales of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max have begun across India. Eager buyers queued through the night outside Apple stores and premium resellers in major cities, with many arriving hours before opening time to secure their devices.

The strong early turnout was visible in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru, where long lines formed well before the stores opened. Large numbers of people lined up outside the Apple Store in Mumbai. One customer said, “We have been standing here the whole night. We are very excited. Despite the fact that we don’t have a barcode, we are still standing in line.”

Another buyer, Hitesh Patel, travelled from Nashik. He said, “I came here from Nashik. We have been queuing up since 10 pm last night. I have got the first slot that is 8 am. In Bengaluru, long queues formed outside the Imagine Apple premium reseller store at the Mall of Asia as sales began.
