Reliance Jio, a popular telecom service provider yesterday announced a new double dhamaka offer providing subscribers with a bonus of 1.5GB of 4G data applicable across all prepaid plans. The telecom giant initiated this move on records of the recent additions made by its rival company, Airtel which introduced two new prepaid plans – Rs. 399 & Rs. 149. The new offer introduced by Jio will only be valid till June 30. With the announcement of the Double Dhamaka Offer, Jio also introduced a new recharge plan worth Rs. 499 which provides users with 3.5GB of data per day with 91 days validity.

Coming to the Jio’s ‘Double Dhamaka Offer’, subscribers get a bonus data of 1.5GB with no additional charges applied which means recharge packs with 1.5GB data per day will now be 3GB of data per day. Similarly, the daily data limit has been raised to 3.5GB per day for packs (Rs. 198, Rs. 398, Rs. 448, and Rs. 498) that offer 2GB data per day. The other plans like Rs. 299 (3GB per day), Rs. 509 (4GB per day) and Rs. 799 (5GB per day) will also get the additional 1.5GB complimentary daily data increasing the per day limit to 4.5GB, 5.5GB and 6.5GB respectively. Also, Jio subscribers will be able to redeem the Rs. 50 vouchers received while buying packs with this offer. Moreover, recharges worth Rs. 300 and above will get Rs. 100 discount if purchased from My Jio app and also transaction made by PhonePe.
