South Korean tech giant, Samsung is scheduled to launch the eagerly-awaited Galaxy S10 smartphone at an unpacked event in San Francisco on February 20. Samsung will not be keeping the Indian audience waiting, as the company reportedly will launch the Galaxy S10 devices in India by next month. According to the report from 91mobiles, the Samsung Galaxy S10 India prices will start from Rs 50,000 for the base variant – S10e. Moreover, the Galaxy S10 and S10+ variants are rumoured to be priced at Rs 65,000 and Rs 75,000 respectively. The source also mentioned that the company will be keeping a price difference of Rs 4000 between each variant of the Galaxy S10 line-up. It is expected that the top-of-the-line variant could be priced at Rs 1.5 lakh, when launched in the country.

Moreover, the prices for the US models were also leaked recently which revealed that the smartphone will be priced from €749 (around Rs 61,000) for the base variant – S10e. The remaining two versions – S10 and S10+ are said to be launched at €899 (around Rs 73,000) and €999 (around Rs 81,250) respectively. If these prices are taken into consideration, the Indian variants will be much cheaper than the European or US counterparts. Samsung is expected to launch three variants of the Galaxy S10 lineup which includes Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+. While the Galaxy S10e will sport a 5.8-inch display with flat screen, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, the Galaxy S10 will feature a bigger 6.1-inch curved display with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 512GB of ROM.

The top-end variant – Galaxy S10+ could be offered with a 6.4-inch curved AMOLED display, 8GB of RAM and 512GB or 1TB of internal storage. Under the skin, the phone will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9820 (Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 – US) chipset depending on the market. Additional highlights of the Galaxy S10 will be IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, fast wireless charging and reverse wireless charging and more.
