While more and more food trends keep coming and evolving with time, it is the space diet which is catching people's attention now. What do astronauts eat, the mere curiosity of this question has got people interested in having the space food, or rather 'space diet.' And seeing the growing demand, Russia has now planned to make it more accessible to the public. Russian Roscosmos State Space Corporation's subsidiary Glavkosmos has decided to promote the foodstuffs in the market.

Glavkosmos which is the subsidiary of the Russian space corporation has signed an agreement with the head of Space Food Lab, Konstantin Grigoryev. The main aim is to provide a space diet followed by the cosmonauts in the global market. Recently authentic cosmonaut cuisine was made available in vending machines at the All-Russian Exhibition Center. It saw a rapid sale of the cuisine thus prompting to sign the deal. There are some countries which make available space food online. Some hubs, museums, and science centers also make space food, that is specially freeze-dried.

The urge to taste space food is only rising. Life outside the planet is not as easy as it seems. There is a lot of change in routine and the space food might be just giving a hint of how the diet patterns change. There's no pizza up in space but a lot of dried and tasteless food.
