Prior Arrests and Legal History
Crowder has a history of similar arrests in Glendale and Burbank dating back to 2021. In July 2025 he was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person loitering in the women’s department of a Nordstrom Rack in Burbank. Crowder had left the store before officers arrived but was later spotted at a nearby Walmart. "While in the women’s section, the suspect was observed following a female customer, crouching near her, and engaging in lewd behavior by inappropriately sniffing her buttocks,” police said.
Crowder was charged with one count of loitering with intent to commit a crime in connection with that incident. Less than a month later, he was arrested again after allegedly sniffing another woman’s butt at a Walgreens in Burbank. In November 2025, he was once again arrested after allegedly failing to complete his annual s*x-offender registration requirement for more than two months. A month later, he was sentenced to 99 days in jail for a parole violation. Post this, Crowder received another 105-day jail sentence for parole violations in April 2026.
