Chirayu Rana Accuses JPMorgan Executive Lorna Hajdini of Threesome Proposition and Giving Him S*x-Enhancing Drug

Chirayu Rana, a former vice president on JPMorgan Chase Bank NA's leverage finance team, has filed a new lawsuit accusing senior executive Lorna Hajdini of allegedly propositioning him for a threesome, secretly giving him a s*x-enhancing substance, and s*xually assaulting him after threatening to derail his career if he refused her advances. The complaint also alleges Lorna Hajdini was "completely naked" and "visibly drunk" during the incident and claims she pressured another person to join them. Hajdini has denied wrongdoing in relation to earlier allegations, and the new claims have not been tested in court.

The latest complaint expands on an earlier lawsuit filed by Chirayu Rana, who previously accused Hajdini of forcing him into "non-consensual" and "humiliating" s*xual acts while they both worked at JPMorgan Chase. New Lawsuit Details Alleged September 2024 Incident

According to the lawsuit, the alleged incident occurred in September 2024, after Hajdini allegedly threatened to block the banker's promotion unless he had s*x with her. The complaint states that after he allegedly gave in to her demands, the pair returned to a Manhattan apartment belonging to one of the banker's family members.

Court filings allege Hajdini was "visibly intoxicated" and speaking loudly enough to wake another person staying at the apartment. According to the complaint, the witness repeatedly refused, after which Hajdini allegedly said: "You know, I own [John Doe] so you'd better come join." The lawsuit alleges she then returned to the bedroom.

Witness Claims Banker Repeatedly Said 'Stop'

The witness told the court they could hear the banker behind a closed bedroom door repeatedly asking Hajdini to stop. According to the complaint, the witness heard him saying: "I'm not going to do this" and "no, no, this isn't right." The lawsuit alleges that after Hajdini left the apartment, the banker appeared "visibly shaken" and "in a state of shock."

The complaint further alleges Hajdini secretly gave the banker a "performance-enhancing substance" after he was reportedly unable to engage in s*xual activity.

According to the lawsuit, the banker says he was unaware at the time that anything had been added to his drink. He alleges Hajdini later admitted giving him "a little something." These allegations have not been proven in court.

The new lawsuit also accuses several JPMorgan executives of making racist remarks toward the banker. According to the complaint, he was allegedly referred to as a "monkey," "brown boy," and "Brownie."

The lawsuit names Managing Director Brandon Graffeo, Managing Director Jon Wolter, associate Kelly Crowe, and JPMorgan Chase as defendants alongside Hajdini.

The plaintiff is seeking damages for alleged s*xual assault and battery against Hajdini, as well as race and ancestry discrimination, s*xual harassment, s*x discrimination, retaliation, a hostile work environment, unpaid wages, attorneys' fees and other relief.

The latest filing follows an earlier lawsuit in which the banker alleged Hajdini subjected him to "non-consensual" and "humiliating" s*xual acts during their employment.

Separately, reports have identified the plaintiff as Chirayu Rana, who has also filed legal claims alleging racism, s*xual harassment and retaliation related to family leave during his time at JPMorgan. The allegations contained in the lawsuits remain subject to legal proceedings, and no court has ruled on the claims.
