On November 10, at least 10 people were killed after a massive fire broke out in Male, capital of Maldives, reported AFP. Many were left injured as the fire spread through lodgings housing foreign workers. As reported by AFP, 10 bodies were recovered from the upper floor of a building destroyed in the fire.
