Passover commemorates the exodus of the Jews from slavery in Egypt. The eight-day Jewish holiday in the bible is known as the feast of unleavened bread. Passover 2022 will commence on Friday, 15th April and end on Saturday, 23rd April. Passover or Pesach in Hebrew is often celebrated with a great ceremony, especially on the first night, when a special family meal called the seder is held.
