The Concept Of World Mental Health Day Was Proposed In 1992, In Cape Town, During The World Federation For Mental Health Congress. Following Approval Of This Proposal, The First World Mental Health Day Was Observed On October 10, 1992. Poor Mental Health Not Only Leads To Diseases Such As Depression But Also Has An Impact On The Physical Health And Livelihood Of Those Affected. Instead Of Feeling Anxious And Nervous, This Day Encourages People To Seek Help For Their Mental Health.
