As per a Hindustan Times report, 26-year-old Sofia Ann-Buitron Drotts was arrested by Concord Police following an internal tip from a probation department supervisor. Prosecutors in Contra Costa County filed a seven-count felony complaint against her, including charges of oral copulation of a person under 18, sending harmful matter to a minor, and possession of child abuse material.
