New Delhi, Aug 10 (PTI) AAP's National Media Coordinator Vikas Yogi had to take to Twitter to get an FIR registered after one of his friends fell prey to an alleged voice phishing attack.

A complaint in the case was filed on Wednesday, but police registered an FIR only on Thursday after Yogi accused the men in uniform of inaction and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal posted a tweet, tagging Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

According to the complaint, the accused duped the woman of about Rs 12,000. He also

called her up and sent her "vulgar" messages on WhatsApp.

Deputy Commissioner, East, Pankaj Singh said an FIR had been registered and police would would ascertain the reasons behind the delay.
