Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar assured today the state's college and university staff that they may soon get emoluments at par with the Seventh Pay Commission.
Patna, Jul 30 (PTI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar assured today the state's college and university staff that they may soon get emoluments at par with the Seventh Pay Commission.
"A committee has been set up by the education department to look into the matter. Upon submission of report, revised pay scales will follow," he said inaugurating the Pataliputra University here.
"The government will take care of the teachers' salary. It is now the teachers' duty to provide quality education to students," the chief minister remarked.
