Both companies plan to deliver solutions covering warehousing, transportation, logistics, engineering services, on-site industrial support, and maintenance.

The initial phase of the partnership centres on India. With more than 1,400 Japanese firms operating across the country's manufacturing and industrial sectors, the alliance seeks to address their supply chain and engineering requirements while simultaneously expanding its domestic client base.

Over time, the scope will widen into overseas markets across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other international territories where both companies maintain established footprints.

Kimihiro Nakamura, President and CEO of Sankyu Inc, said, "Since our inception in 1918, Sankyu has been dedicated to supporting the progress of the manufacturing sector, underpinned by our core philosophy of valuing our people. We are profoundly honoured to enter into this partnership with TVS SCS, an organisation that shares our philosophy and commitment to the highest ethical standards."

"Our two companies possess a strong strategic alignment, and by integrating and complementing our respective strengths, we look forward to achieving collective growth in the global market and contributing to sustainable industrial development," Nakamura added.

To oversee implementation, the organisations will form a joint steering committee with representatives from both sides. This committee will evaluate business opportunities, guide joint initiatives, and direct the rollout of integrated service solutions for industrial clients. (ANI)
