Mumbai, Dec 3 (PTI) The Congress in Maharashtra will Tuesday launch the fourth phase of its mass outreach campaign aimed at highlighting "failures" of the BJP-led government from Kalamb in Yavatmal district.

Congress general secretary in-charge for Maharashtra Mallikarjun Kharge, state unit president Ashok Chavan and other leaders will take part in the programme.

"The Congress has taken out the yatra to flag concerns of the people and their rights," a party statement said.

The fourth phase will culminate at Chikhli in Buldhana district on December 9, it said.

The Congress has until now covered parts of Western Maharashtra, Marathwada and North Maharashtra as part of the campaign in three separate phases since August this year.
